Hello, I am a poetry writer and founder/editor of The Stray Branch, a literary publication I created in january 2008. I currently reside in Ohio with my husband, our two teenage children, a son, a daughter and my dog (yes, he's my dog) named Snuggles, aka snugs. I also have two grown stepsons, the oldest one is in the Air Force (he has been sent to England for four years). He and his wife just had their first child, a son.  The youngest stepson became a father this past year.

In December 2008 I published my first book of poems and writings, 'In The Shadow Of A Heartbeat, Letters To Your Ghost', a collection written after the death of my father last May.

My second book followed in february, 'Speak', a collection of 39 poems that speak bluntly and honestly about the human condition known as existence. These poems, you could say, have issues speaking on subjects such as grief, loss, addiction, survival and depression to name a few.

I hope to put out a few more books of poetry in my lifetime but for now I just have the two.

I also have an interest in photography, though I am not a photographer just someone with a decent camera who likes to take pictures. I also do some image manipulation in adobe photoshop using my own photos as well as stock images. All the banners, images, animations, unless otherwise noted are my creations.
